Vanilla ice-cream parlour

Vanilla opened in November 2009 and is a spin-off from Arabian Nights Restaurant.

Encapsulating the same ethos as the restaurant, Vanilla offers the finest home-made ice-creams and desserts. All our ice-creams are made in-house using basic ingredients with no artificial colouring or flavourings.

Fruit based ice-creams have real fruit in them. Chocolate ice-creams have melted or chopped chocolates in them. One really has to try our ice-cream before realising what “real” ice-cream is supposed to taste like. (Commercial ice-creams are made from powders and are full of synthetic flavours and colours.)

We offer cones, cups, ice-cream cakes, sundaes, desserts, hot desserts, milk shakes, sorbets, coffees and teas.

Simple, small and convenient. That's what many of our diners are turning to for dessert after their meals. The "guilt factor" is very low with a single scoop and you have the satisfaction of having had a nice treat!

Did you know that we also serve a full range of specialist coffees and teas? Whether you fancy a cappucino or a hot chocolate, we can make it for you to have with your dessert... Our decadent hot chocolate is made with melted dark chocolate dissolved in piping hot milk and is perfect to soothe the soul.
